diet will accomplish both weight management and nutritional objectives.
This is because a plant-based diet means replacing some of the calorie-dense
animal fat with lower calorie, high fiber plant foods. A balanced diet
comprised of nutrient-dense foods can also help stabilize blood sugar,
energy, and even mood. Furthermore, it may also reduce cravings for "junk food"
or other high calorie food.
