Now that you've begun exercising, reducing your non-hunger eating, and making smarter food choices, it’s very important to continue setting yourself up for long-term success. This usually means attention to environmental control.

Environmental control means controlling the environment around yourself (at work and at home) to minimize unhealthy temptations which could sabotage your weight management goals. For example, this means you don’t keep your favorite, irresistible cookies in your house or at work, where they will be easily accessible the next moment your resolve weakens for whatever reason, ranging from stress to fatigue.
