Starting Position (Get Ready): Stand with feet parallel, knees slightly bent, and arms along sides with palms open facing body. Relax, breathe, feel the earth, and do nothing extra. All forms involve these one-with-nature elements.

Movement:

  1. Starting from the "get ready" position, relax, breathe, feel the earth, and do nothing extra.
  2. Turn right foot out 45° and shift weight to the right leg.
  3. Bring left foot forward with heel down. Open palms and bring hands out to waist height.
  4. Raise arms up in front of your chest with your left palm facing body, and right palm facing left, right fingers pointing up, and elbows the same height from the ground.

End Position: The right foot turns out 45° with knee bent, and the left foot rests on heel in front of hip. Arms form a circle.
