Movement 2: Grasp Bird's Tail

Movement (First Part):

  1. Starting position is the end position from Pay Respect to Buddha.
  2. Turn the body right 45°. Bring left foot near body. Turn the right palm down and the left palm up.
  3. Step back with left foot.
  4. Shift weight to left leg and lift up toes of right foot. Bring both hands down to left side.

Movement (Second Part):

  1. Start from d above.
  2. Bring right foot near body and move hands in front.
  3. Bring arms up to chest level with palms facing forward.
  4. Step with right foot and push hands forward. Weight should be even on both legs.

End Position: Right foot points forward and left foot turns out 60° with knees evenly bent.
