Movement
(First Part):
- Starting
position is the end position from Pay Respect to Buddha.
- Turn
the body right 45°. Bring left foot near body. Turn
the right palm down and the left palm up.
- Step
back with left foot.
- Shift
weight to left leg and lift up toes of right foot. Bring
both hands down to left side.
Movement
(Second Part):
- Start
from d above.
- Bring
right foot near body and move hands in front.
- Bring
arms up to chest level with palms facing forward.
- Step
with right foot and push hands forward. Weight should be
even on both legs.
End
Position: Right foot points forward and left foot turns
out 60° with knees evenly bent.
