Movement:

  1. Starting position is the end position from Single Whip.
  2. Turn the body left 90° and both feet left 45°. Shift weight to the left leg with knees bent.
  3. Step forward with right foot and bring the right hand forward with palm facing left. Lower the left hand to waist with palm down.
  4. Move right foot near the body, and step toward right with toes pointing out 45°. Shift weight to the right left, and bring left foot in front of the hip. Push the right elbow to the side and extend left elbow back slightly.

End Position: Right foot turns out 45° and left foot points forward. Left elbow aims backward with hand along side, palm down. Right elbow aims at the side with hand in front. Knees are bent.
