Movement:
- Starting
position is the end position from Single Whip.
- Turn
the body left 90° and both feet left 45°. Shift
weight to the left leg with knees bent.
- Step
forward with right foot and bring the right hand forward
with palm facing left. Lower the left hand to waist with
palm down.
- Move
right foot near the body, and step toward right with toes
pointing out 45°. Shift weight to the right left, and
bring left foot in front of the hip. Push the right elbow
to the side and extend left elbow back slightly.
End
Position: Right foot turns out 45° and left foot points
forward. Left elbow aims backward with hand along side, palm
down. Right elbow aims at the side with hand in front. Knees
are bent.
