Movement:

  1. Starting position is the end position from White Crane Spreads its Wings.
  2. Step back with left foot. Push palms to the right below shoulder height, left hand in front of right hand along side. Weight even on both legs with knees slightly bent.
  3. Shift weight to the left leg and move the right foot near the body. Bring both hands to the left side.
  4. Step back with the right foot. Push palms to the left below shoulder height, with the right hand in front of the left hand along side. Weight is even on both legs and knees are slightly bent.

End Position: Feet turn out 30° with knees bent evenly. Hands are along the left side with the right palm in front of left palm and fingers pointing forward.
