Movement:

  1. Starting position is the end position from Brush Knees and Twist Step.
  2. Shift weight to right leg and lift up left toes. Make a fist with right hand and bring it toward the right side near the body, knuckles down. Sweep the left hand toward body in an arc, with the palm facing the body.
  3. Bring the left hand near body and begin to raise right fist.
  4. Step forward with the left foot and turn right foot out 60° with both knees evenly bent. Move left forearm slightly forward and punch right arm under left forearm (not touching) to complete the movement with body weight even on both legs.

End Position: Turn right foot out 60° and point left foot forward with knees bent evenly. Right hand makes a fist, and left hand faces the body (above right forearm).
