Movement:

  1. Starting position is end position from Deflect, Parry, and Punch.
  2. Shift weight to the right leg and lift up left toes. Pull both hands toward the chest with palms facing forward.
  3. Shift weight to left leg and bring right foot forward near the left foot.
  4. Step forward with right foot, bend knees, and push hands forward. Weight is even on both legs.

End Position: Left foot turns out 60° and right foot points forward with knees bent evenly. Both arms extend almost fully with palms facing forward.
