Movement:
- Starting
position is end position from Deflect, Parry, and Punch.
- Shift
weight to the right leg and lift up left toes. Pull both
hands toward the chest with palms facing forward.
- Shift
weight to left leg and bring right foot forward near the
left foot.
- Step
forward with right foot, bend knees, and push hands forward.
Weight is even on both legs.
End
Position: Left foot turns out 60° and right foot points
forward with knees bent evenly. Both arms extend almost fully
with palms facing forward.
