Movement (First Part):

  1. Starting position is the end position from Apparent Close Up.
  2. Turn body left 180° and right foot out 45°. Shift weight to right leg, move left foot in front of hip, and rest foot on heel. Make right fist and turn left palm toward body. Bring hands in front to form circle with right fist above left palm.
  3. Lift left foot up slightly and bring both hands forward with left hand in front of right hand and fingers pointing forward.
  4. Step down with the left foot. Bring both hands toward right side and move arms from right to left with hands making the lower half of a circle, clockwise.

Movement (First Part):

  1. Start from d above.
  2. Step forward with right foot. Bring both hands from left toward right side making upper half of a circle, clockwise.
  3. Make a fist with right hand and bring it toward right side near waist with knuckles down. Sweep left hand toward the body in an arc.
  4. Step forward with left foot with both knees bent. Shift body weight evenly on legs. Move left arm forward and punch right arm under left forearm and fist upright.

End Position: Right foot turns out 60° and the left foot points forward with knees bent evenly. Right arm extends forward under the left wrist (not touching). Left palm faces the body and the right hand makes a fist.
