Movement:

  1. Starting position is the end position from Carry the Tiger to the Mountain.
  2. Open the right fist and bring right hand under left hand with the right palm facing the body.
  3. Begin lowering the left hand to the left side, palm up.
  4. Move the right hand up and forward with elbow bent, and bring left hand to waist. Palms are up.

End Position: Right foot turns out 60° and the left foot points forward with knees bent evenly. Right hand faces the body and the left hand is along side, palm up.
