Movement:
- Starting
position is the end position from Carry the Tiger to the
Mountain.
- Open
the right fist and bring right hand under left hand with
the right palm facing the body.
- Begin
lowering the left hand to the left side, palm up.
- Move
the right hand up and forward with elbow bent, and bring
left hand to waist. Palms are up.
End
Position: Right foot turns out 60° and the left foot
points forward with knees bent evenly. Right hand faces the
body and the left hand is along side, palm up.
