his western knowledge with his eastern heritage, spanning
the study of ancient Chinese philosophy and martial arts,
including Tai Chi and Ch'i Kung.
Master
Emily Lee, born in Fujian, China. While attending UC Berkeley,
Emily's studies were concentrated on mathematics and chemistry.
In 1968, she began formal training in Tai Chi and Pa Kua with

to develop a state-of-the-art method to learn and practice
Tai Chi. They have taught their "Do-No-Extra" method
at Stanford University, De Anza College, and Palo Alto Community
Center to thousands of students.
