Are You Stressed Out?

Everyone needs a little tension and excitement to keep life interesting, but frequent stress can take up a lot of your energy, and may damage your health. Your stress level may raise your blood pressure, make your immune system less efficient so you get sick more often, hurt your relationships, and increase your risk of heart attack.

Do you find that you...
... are often uncomfortably tense and anxious?
... have trouble sleeping?
... feel tired, even when you do get plenty of sleep?
... don’t have time for the activities or relationships that matter to you?
... have "mystery" pains in your back, jaw, neck, or stomach?

If you answered “yes” to more than one of the questions above, you are probably wound up too tightly, over committed, or stretched too thin. In other words, you are stressed out.
