Goals of this Program

This on-line program won’t remove stress from your life altogether (you probably wouldn’t want it to) but it will help you to:

  • Identify the causes of stress in your life.
  • Identify the symptoms of stress in your body, emotions, and behavior.
  • Learn several techniques for reducing stress.
  • Learn ways to make your life more stress-resistant.

As you will see, everyone is different. What’s stressful to one person may be pleasant to someone else. There is one thing, however, that we all share: once we understand the cause of our stress and recognize our reactions to it, we can reduce the unwanted effects of stress in our lives by learning to modify our perceptions and our reactivity.
