How To Use this Program

There are four “steps” in this program that will lead you through different aspects of effective stress management. Each step has activities upon which you should focus during the week. You should plan to come back to the site at least once a week to continue with the next step. You may also choose to repeat the program when you have finished, or to repeat steps and activities.

To use all components of this program, you will need:

  • a printer with paper, and a place to save worksheets and pages printed throughout this program
  • a small blank journal or notebook that you can carry with you for the duration of the program
  • a pen or two (two different colors would help)
  • a computer with Internet access, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Quicktime Player. These are free software plug-ins that usually comes with your web browser. If you do not have one or both of these, you can download them for free by clicking the following links:
