stress affects you. Only then will you be able to determine the best coping strategies.
The
objectives of this first step of the program are
to help you:
- assess your current level of stress and its effect on your
life,
- identify typical triggers of stress,
- identify symptoms of stress, and
- begin to identify strategies that will be effective in helping
you change your reaction to stressful situations.
