What are Your Stressors?

Think about the stressors that you seem to encounter on an almost daily basis. Print this worksheet Chronic Stressors (this is a PDF document - you will need Adobe Acrobat to print this worksheet), and list the stressors that you find occurring most frequently in your life.

In the column "Baseline" to the right of each stressor, indicate the level of stress you experience in response to that stressor. A line at the top of the ruler indicates maximum stress, a line in the middle indicates moderate stress (See example below).

Keep this to rate your stressors throughout this program. Feel free to add to the list if your perceived stressors change. As this program progresses, you will discover ways to control both the frequency of and stress level associated with these stressors. You could also learn what common links your stressors may have, or you may find that what you consider a stressor changes over time. All of this can be valuable information for you to help manage your stress.
