To Do This Week - Tipsheet

On a page in the beginning of your notebook, write a list of tips that you will try when you find yourself in a stressful situation. Pull from the list on the previous page, or create tips of your own.

Throughout the next week, try each tip when you feel your stress level rising. When you've tried a tip, to the left of each line indicate whether or not the tip helped. You will add to this list throughout the duration of this program and use it to help you figure out what works for you.
