Step Two - Changing Stress Thinking

The two distinct and interrelated components of stress are 1) the perception of stress and how you handle that perception, and 2) the often self-perpetuating situations that lead to recurrent stressors. Both of these components are, to a great extent, within your control.

This step will focus on how you perceive potentially stressful situations, how you can alter your perceptions, and thereby reducing your experience of stress.
