At this point
in the program, you should have a pretty good idea of your "stressors."
Pull out your stress log once
again and review your entries. Are you finding
any patterns? Are you finding recurring stressors?
Are you finding stressors that could have been
avoided if you had taken specific steps?
Go through your log and put an "X" by
the stressors you feel may have been avoidable. Think about what you could have done to prevent the event that
result in stress.
