Again, take out your Stress Log and review your
entries.
Is any of your stress related to how someone is treating you? If so, does this person know that their behavior is offensive
to you?
Is any of your stress related to not setting
good limits with others (e.g., by not saying "no" when you need to)?
With
your red pen, mark any stressors that fall into
this category. If you find more than a few of
these stressors in your log, your stress level
may be greatly reduced if you were more assertive
in communicating your needs and desires.
