To Do This Week - Practice Relaxation

On three days this week, spend 10 to 15 minutes per day doing one of the following relaxation exercises.

You should have a comfortable chair and a timer. Make sure you are in a place where you will not be disturbed for 15 minutes. Set your timer for 5 to 10 minutes at first. After a few sessions, aim for 15.
