To Do This Week - Keep Walking

Keep up your daily walks and/or exercise program. Exercise is a key component in effectively managing stress. If you are walking, try to walk for 15 to 30 minutes (or more) each day. Schedule your exercise time on your calendar as you would any other appointment. By scheduling exercise time, you are less likely to let some other activity interfere.

If you also do another relaxation technique, and want to reduce the time spent exercising, do so. But remember, exercise is one of the gold standards of stress management.
